D23 Expo is the world's largest Disney fan event, held every two years in Anaheim, California. D23 Expo 2022 was a special occasion, as it marked the kickoff of Disney's 100 Years of Wonder campaign, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company. Furthermore, this event was the first major public event held by Disney since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. This unique combination of factors provided an unprecedented challenge for the event production team. 
As the production coordinator, my mission was to leverage target audience insights to develop strategy and implement the ultimate Disney fan experience for guests of D23 Expo. The overall event objective was to drive awareness and engagement for Disney’s newest initiatives.
Throughout the project, I managed relationships and communications with key stakeholders from 30+ internal teams, sponsors, and vendors. With each partner, I tracked budgets, managed deliverable timelines and reminders, distributed information, and led weekly check-in meetings. I also contributed to the marketing and PR surrounding the event, giving feedback on creative assets, building presentation decks, and writing customer-facing copy for the official D23 Expo website and printed materials.
